Welcome to Koro Dogwear! All our products are handmade with care and attention. Please take a moment to read through our Terms & Conditions before placing an order. By purchasing from Koro Dogwear, you agree to the following:
1. Processing Time

All Koro Dogwear items are handmade to order.

Standard processing time is 1–2 weeks. During peak seasons (autumn/winter or holiday periods) processing may take up to 4 weeks.

Please keep this in mind when ordering for young dogs that are still growing.
2. Shipping
We currently ship orders using Omniva, LP Express, DPD, and Standard Post.
Estimated delivery times:

Lithuania: 1–3 business days

Baltic countries (Latvia & Estonia): 2–4 business days

Rest of EU: 5–10 business days

International orders: 10–21 business days
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please note:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier service or season.

Koro Dogwear is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the buyer.

If the courier marks your parcel as delivered but you did not receive it, it is the buyer’s responsibility to contact the courier directly with the tracking code.
3. Lost Parcels
An order is considered lost only after the following periods have passed since the estimated delivery date:

14 business days for Lithuania, Baltics & EU

30 business days for international orders
If your order is confirmed lost after these periods, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement.
4. Customs & Duties

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Koro Dogwear is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Because all of our products are made to order, please measure your dog carefully before placing an order.

Custom orders (specific sizes, fabrics, or colors) are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Ready-to-ship items (including discounted “almost perfect” pieces) may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving, provided they are:

unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

free from dog hair, odors, or damage

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds or replacement items will be issued only once the returned item has been received and inspected.
6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before production begins.

Once materials have been cut or production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
7. Payments
Payments are securely processed through our Website, Vinted or Etsy shop.
