Refund policy
At Koro Dogwear, every piece is handmade with love for your pup. Because our products are made-to-order, returns and refunds are a little different from standard shops. Please read carefully before placing your order.
Custom Orders

Most of our items are made-to-order in the size, color, or fabric you choose.

These items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, unless there is a clear error on our part (e.g. wrong size sent, faulty sewing).

Please measure your dog carefully following our size guide before placing your order.
Ready-to-Ship & “Almost Perfect” Items

Some items (e.g. ready-to-ship pieces or discounted “almost perfect” products) can be returned or exchanged.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item must be:

unworn and unwashed
-
free from hair, odors, or damage

in its original condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds

Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and checked.

Refunds apply only to the product cost — not to the original shipping fees.

If your order qualifies for a refund, we will process it back to your original payment method.
Exchanges

Exchanges are possible only for ready-to-ship or almost perfect items.

Exchange shipping costs (both ways) are the buyer’s responsibility.
Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order is confirmed lost by the courier, we will arrange a refund or send a replacement.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue.
Cancellations

Cancellations are possible only if production has not started.

Once fabric is cut and sewing has begun, cancellations are not accepted.
