Refund policy

At Koro Dogwear, every piece is handmade with love for your pup. Because our products are made-to-order, returns and refunds are a little different from standard shops. Please read carefully before placing your order.


Custom Orders

  • Most of our items are made-to-order in the size, color, or fabric you choose.

  • These items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, unless there is a clear error on our part (e.g. wrong size sent, faulty sewing).

  • Please measure your dog carefully following our size guide before placing your order.


Ready-to-Ship & “Almost Perfect” Items

  • Some items (e.g. ready-to-ship pieces or discounted “almost perfect” products) can be returned or exchanged.

  • To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be:

    • unworn and unwashed

    • free from hair, odors, or damage

    • in its original condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and checked.

  • Refunds apply only to the product cost — not to the original shipping fees.

  • If your order qualifies for a refund, we will process it back to your original payment method.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are possible only for ready-to-ship or almost perfect items.

  • Exchange shipping costs (both ways) are the buyer’s responsibility.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • If your order is confirmed lost by the courier, we will arrange a refund or send a replacement.

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue.


Cancellations

  • Cancellations are possible only if production has not started.

  • Once fabric is cut and sewing has begun, cancellations are not accepted.
