Shipping policy

At Koro Dogwear, every piece is handmade with care before it reaches your pup. Below you’ll find all the details on how and when we ship your orders.


Processing Time

  • All items are made to order. Standard processing time is 1–2 weeks.

  • During peak seasons (autumn/winter or holidays) processing may take up to 4 weeks.

  • Please consider this when ordering for a puppy that may outgrow clothing quickly.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship orders with Omniva, LP Express, DPD, or Standard Post.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Lithuania: 1–3 business days

  • Baltic countries (Latvia & Estonia): 2–4 business days

  • Rest of EU: 5–10 business days

  • International orders: 10–21 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on courier workload, customs, or seasonal delays.


Tracking

  • All orders are shipped with tracking.

  • You’ll receive a tracking code via email once your order has been dispatched.

  • If the courier marks your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the courier directly with your tracking number.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and delivery method.

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply for orders outside the EU.


Delays & Lost Parcels

  • Koro Dogwear is not responsible for courier delays, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or unclaimed parcels.

  • A parcel is considered lost only after:

    • 14 business days for Lithuania, Baltics & EU

    • 30 business days for international orders

  • Once confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund.


Wrong Address or Returned Parcels

  • Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from the courier, reshipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
