Made to Order & Processing Times

At Koro Dogwear, every piece is handmade with love — and that means your order is created just for your pup, not mass-produced. Here’s what to expect when ordering:

Made to Order Items

  • Each jumper or T-shirt is sewn after you place your order.

  • Sewing & preparation usually takes 1-2 weeks (depending on order amount) before your parcel is ready to ship.

  • Once shipped, the delivery time depends on the courier/post service you select.

Fabric Availability

Our fabrics are carefully chosen in very limited amounts. This makes each jumper unique — but also means that in rare cases, if a fabric runs out before your order is processed, your order may need to be cancelled. (If that ever happens, we’ll notify you right away.)

Premade Items

  • Items marked as premade (such as photoshoot/test pieces) are shipped out the same or next business day.

Order Limits

  • Currently, you can purchase up to 2 items in the same fabric and size at once.

  • If you’d like to order more than that, please contact us directly — we’ll check our current fabric stock and discuss if it’s possible to make extra pieces.

Final Note
